8/22/07 MINUTES OFFICER’S MEETING

Meeting was called to order at 9PM @ Steve and Katie’s house by President Dave Schlueter—Present were Matt Roberts, Katie Meyer, Steve Ruden---Absent due to work, Dan Dougherty.

Talked about letter from BJ Weber to donate $500 yearly toward the club as part of a trophy presentation— the forming of a Hall of Fame in conjunction with that donation---and the renaming of the present 3 traveling trophy’s after particular players. Will table this discussion for a later date.

Talked about upcoming game preparations for game at UNI and discussed whether practice goals are being meet---10/tues, 15/thurs---coach(Dan Dougherty) to track numbers at practice and games. Laundering the jersey’s will be a shared chore among the members of the board other than the Old Boy Rep.

Will update website from info gathered at practice and games. Dave will contact Cumulus Radio with schedule and upcoming events. Steve to sort out getting printed schedules to put up around city from Kirchtroff"s as in past Fall seasons—may want to contact Frenchie for info.

Dave to get kit bag order to Katie and Steve looking to arrange new strips.

Billy Meyer, Mike Weber, Don Rusk, Jim Meyer nominated for Old Boy rep position. Billy Meyer voted in by final 3-2 vote over Mike Weber. Congratulations to Billy!!

Next meeting set for Tuesday Sept 4th at 8:30PM at Matt Roberts house after training. All members are welcome.
